Pest control costs — guidance, not a quote

Pest control is priced after an on-site look at activity, access and treatment type. These factors move the cost up or down.

What drives the cost

  • Type of pest: general insects versus rodents, termites, bed bugs, wasps or wildlife.
  • How far activity has spread — one room versus whole structure or multi-unit.
  • Access: attics, crawl spaces, wall voids and exterior landscaping.
  • Treatment method: monitoring, baiting, residual application, fumigation or exclusion.
  • Follow-up visits and monitoring after the first treatment.
  • Occupied homes, pets and sensitive sites that need careful product choice.
  • Whether structural repairs (for example termite damage) sit outside pest control.

Insurance

Whether and how much your insurer or landlord policy pays depends on the contract and the cause. Photograph activity if safe and request a written scope before work begins.

Why there is no price list here

Two jobs that look similar in photos can need very different access and treatment plans, so any fixed price would be guesswork. Official pest and pesticide guidance is linked below.
